Hi All, Firstly I wanted to say thank you for all the recent comments, as much as I love writing short stories I really enjoy when other people enjoy them also. For me this is a hobby and pleasure to write these stories, and I don't get paid for my time to do this, and it can take a lot of time. I ask that everyone be patient with me, as to be able to offer this to everyone free of charge I need to find time within my own life to put pen to paper (or in the digital world, fingers to keyboard lol) But this has also got me thinking somewhat, and I have had a few requests and ideas for stories of late. I wanted to pose a question, is there anyone out there that may wish to commission a story of their liking? I have seriously considered this in the past but never really had the guts to put it out to everyone, but I feel like now is the time. Her ankle already weakened, nestled in the tight ankle boot gets tested. Her left foot plants directly on a small patch of water on the smooth concrete and her stiletto heel starts to slip as she corrects herself to stop her from falling, she lifts and plants her right foot but the extra pressure and the speed it happens, and the weakened state of her ankle, causes it to twist outwards sharply. She feels multiple sharp pains instantly strike right in her ankle where the doc had pressed the day before. This time double what she felt the day before when stepping off the tread mill. Even with her best attempt this time, she can’t stop herself from falling forward, albeit very graceful and slowly. “Laura” “Rachel” Laura yells over her phone to her Personal Assistant, “My Office Now!” Rachel drops everything, grabs her clip board and darts off into Laura’s office. “Yes Laura”, she exclaims before even taking a breath! “Can you print me out the monthly stats for the last 6 months, in month by month increments, we need to sharpen our bottom line” Rachel nods her head and before she even has time to take another breath she is has turned and is scurrying back to her desk.
